1/2 oz Amaretto
1 oz vodka
3 oz Cranberry juice
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake to mix.
Pour into martini glass and garnish with a jelly candy.
For a pretty presentation for a sweetheart dinner, or a “single girls” night, I wrapped the cupcake in decorative wrapper cut from scrapbook paper, and sat it on top of a bed of rock salt inside a martini glass.
A special touch was added by placing a chocolate truffle from Bedazzle My Bonbons, on top of the cupcake. Yes, you read that correctly. Bedazzled Bonbons, now it doesn’t get much sassier then that! You could also use the Ferrero Rocher chocolates as well. Finally add a little paper scroll with a single word or phrase, to the side of the glass.
